One of our philosophies here at S & A is simply this:

We pride ourselves at S & A on the certainty that we have helped untold numbers of writers
achieve their dreams by reason of the integrity of our name as well as the professional quality of our
arrangements, production and overall sound.

There are numerous individuals and companies that are in the business of demo preparation but for the most part, their facility, equipment and personnel skills, individually or collectively, lack the ability to produce a professional audio sound.

Known as “low budget music mills” these same production houses generally use an inferior quality of instrumentalists and vocalists that lessen ones chance of a favorable response from the publishers to whom they present the finished demo of their creation.

Songs are like “new born babes” and the writer might be compared to the “mother”.

Having “given birth” to what was before just a mere inspiration, your new “creation”, like any
newborn babe, needs all the attention it can get and must be offered every chance you can bring to pass in
order to insure it’s safe well-being, growth and eventual success in the “life of the music world.”

To avoid disappointment and a possible negative response from a prospective publisher,
I strongly advise you:
“Do not fall prey to a ‘low budget song mill’
simply by reason of the fact that the fee may be small.”

Choose a production company with professional grade equipment as opposed to consumer grade; One that uses professionally known instrumentalists and vocalists; One that gives a great deal of support in regard to the final submission of your work to publishers and One that has a track record of successes by the writers for whom they have served.

In light of their integrity, professionalism and general desire to truly help an aspiring writer ...
I know of only five or six production companies in the entire industry that
I would personally submit my music to for demo production.

 Two such production facilities in which I have the utmost confidence are:
